As a Lead Teacher at our Early Learning Center, you will play a crucial role in providing a safe, nurturing, and educational environment for young children. Qualifications for Lead Teacher:
- Associate's degree in Early Childhood Education is a plus, but previous experience working with children in a childcare setting is acceptable.
- State teaching certification or licensure for early childhood education.
- Strong knowledge of child development principles and best practices in early childhood education.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team and build positive relationships with children and families.
- CPR and First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain upon hire).
